amazing...

do you remember this? a few weeks back both our girls found caterpillars...
within a day of us jar-ing them...they had woven their cocoons.
2 1/2 weeks later we were having breakfast and little miss A shouts "LOOK!!!" and this is what had hatched out...a moth.
I've never really taken note to how marvelous these creatures are...
look at their fur! It's so soft, almost looks like a mink coat.
we took them outside and miss A being the brave one, held the moth in the breeze until it flew off the dried leaf in her hand.
the girls asked everyday "when will the moth come out?"...2 weeks can be a long time for young children...which is why we have made a count-down chart to when we're heading over to the UK...because 3 weeks is EVEN longer!

It's BRIGHT...and sunny and it's going to be a WONDERFUL day...
I'll leave you with a few newly found blogs I have visited this past week::

HUGS and have a great day.

These photos are wonderful. Your little moth is quite amazing, and very soft and fluffy looking. I had a similar experience a few months ago. The awesomeness of everyday happenings is wonderful to just stop and watch, and appreciate. Here are my two articles on a pretty caterpillars transformation, if you are interested:
