When I read your post I couldn't help smiling :)
You see we are a wine drinking family, we LOVE great wines and over the years we amassed 100's of corks. I was going to make an art project out of them but then realised I would seriously never get around to it and as we are now trying to downsize our home I recently sold them all on Etsy very quickly, I was amazed at how many people want to buy corks.
Hope one day you get to make your art piece. I will look forward to seeing it :) T.
