Let me entertain you...

Hey all,
How are you on this bright and SUNNY Monday morning?
It's gorgeous here...we've been crazy busy with the basement and my ART Studio...I primed the walls...it's actually looking pretty fabulous (if I do say so myself)...my husband is such a star, and has given up ALL his time to build this room for me...I know it'll help bring in more income for our family...but he's been down there every evening after work...and all day during the weekends...thanks Mr.R!

On Saturday our girls danced in the Caribbean Folklore Dance Competition...there were some pretty amazing dancers there...I have a couple of their dances to show you...if you have time to watch...our girls are over on the right...I zoomed in to try and get a better picture but my camera and the lighting in there just didn't mesh well.
Here's the first one which they did to a Rio song...

And this is a more traditional dance...

This week is going to be a crazy week...
BOTH our girls have their Birthdays this week...one tomorrow and one on Thursday...
Ears are getting pierced this evening...they can't wait...Miss J is SO giddy with excitement!
So cupcakes will be made...and songs will be sung...and gifts will be given this week...I better wrap some up!!!

I am off to Ikea today to get some cabinets for the Studio...yay...can't wait!!!

What are you up to?

HUGS and thanks for stopping by.

I danced in many a recital growing up and I believe it gave me the confidence I have now to teach in front of large groups. I loved the free dancing and your girls are just beautiful! Love to you and Happiest of Birthdays to them. XOXO

Thanks Debbie and Susan...the girls loved it! I think it does build confidence...as long as they're still having fun!

They are adorable! They did such a great job. Birthday wishes to both of them. I am assuming you will spoil them just a bit, right? Becuase they deserve it. :o) The little boy in the second video at the front of the stage is an amazing dancer too. The confidence just oozes from him.
