The Farmer's Market has begun...

Hello Everyone!
Isn't it wonderful now that Summer is almost here the days are longer and the temperature is so enjoyable that no jackets are needed anymore...
This past couple of weeks I have been painting a trailer to be parked up near where our local Farmers market is held weekly...
I thought I would show you all the process from start to end... Even little miss J helped a couple of times :-)

Beauty and the Beast

Not too many words today friends... The stomach bug has attacked the females of our house... I leave you with the sets we're (Bridget and I) are working on for our school's year end play, Beauty and the Beast.

Hello April!

Hello, it's been a crazy couple of weeks... But I think I'm back!
I'm starting a new project this week, or month should I say... It's the backdrops for the girl's school play this year. They're performing Beauty and the Beast. These are the sketches for the village scene.
I have to go. Our youngest is fighting a stomach bug.

Snowy days a painting

Here's a visual on how the process went. I used the app Picstich on my iPhone to create the image... So easy when you have the right tool!
We're in the midst of a snow storm here today!!!!
It's wet and heavy snow... Definitely a snow fort building afternoon!!!!

Wordless Wednesday

Finished tree mural

Happy Sunday!!!
I finished the tree and animal mural on Friday .... I will go back and take photos of it when the curtains are up and new bedding is on etc... But until then here are a few pictures.
I loved painting it. I loved how the animals are all friends... It was a very special project.
In a couple of weeks I am painting ski hills and the inside of a ruined turret of a Castle. Exciting!!!!

Spike and Bunny

I finished Spike the hedgehog and Bunny today...
Tomorrow I will paint the cats and the remainder of the flowers.

Birch trees and ribbons

Hello, if you have been following me on Instagram you'll know I am in the middle of a mural with I'm painting in a little girl's room...
The images may be scrambled as I'm blogging from my phone...but they give you an idea of how things are turning out.

We're being rained out again here in Toronto … it's a shame really as we all expect to have snow for months here and to be able to ski etc... hopefully we'll get some more snow soon.
